Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.If your order arrives damaged, please contact help@harrys.com for a replacement. We may ask you to return certain items for our quality assurance team to inspect. If that is the case, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.You can always contact us for any other questions you may have at help@harrys.com.

Subscriptions

If you have a Subscription, you can cancel or change the timing of your shipments on your Profile.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Custom products such as engraved handles cannot be returned due to the personalized nature of the item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
